Summary of Fund Objective

The Fund aims to provide long-term capital appreciation by investing in growth stocks in developed, emerging and frontier markets across the entire market capitalisation spectrum. The Investment Managers and the Investment Co-Managers, located in various countries around the globe, will develop local portfolios of securities with the intention to outperform the relevant market of each region. The Fund's exposure to various regions and markets may vary from time to time according to the Manager's opinion as to the prevailing conditions and prospects for these markets.

Global Perspective with Local Insight. The Fund offers the expertise of Franklin Templeton’s geographically diverse, on-the-ground asset management teams with experience and expertise in local asset management.

Bottom-Up Approach with Top-Down Overlay. Franklin Templeton’s local asset managers and sub-advisers based in Canada, India, United Arab Emirates, Germany, United States, Brazil, Korea and Japan each manage sub-portfolios in their regions.

A Growth-oriented All Market Cap Portfolio. The Fund managers follow a growth-oriented investment process with emphasis on qualitative research, as well as knowledge of local languages and business cultures. The Fund invests in stocks across the entire market capitalization spectrum from small to large cap companies.

Truly Global Diversification. The Fund’s geographical allocations are based on a search for the countries and regions offering the highest growth opportunities at the most reasonable valuations. The Fund tends to be overweight in higher growth, emerging markets.
