What is a PDF?
PDF, short for Portable Document Format, is a type of file that allows you to view and print a document as it actually appears, even if your computer doesn't have the fonts or programs used to create it.
You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print PDF documents. Your browser may already be equipped with this software. If not, you can download a free version (11 or higher) from Adobe's website.
Viewing PDFs
Viewing a PDF anywhere on our site is as simple as clicking the PDF link you want to view. (Your computer will automatically launch Adobe Acrobat Reader and open the document. Depending on the document's size, this could take a few minutes.)
For options such as zooming in to increase the size or viewing multiple pages simultaneously, use the toolbar that appears above the document.
Printing PDFs
To print a PDF, you can click the printer image in the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar or use the keyboard command you normally employ. If the printed document has problems, check your printer to make sure it has graphics capabilities.
Downloading PDFs
Having Problems downloading PDFs?
Whether you're a Windows or Macintosh user, downloading is an easy 4-step process.
In general, this site supports the current and prior major release of the following browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome.
Settings
Your connection speed, computer RAM and monitor settings can make a big difference in your viewing experience.
Connection speed
If your connection speed is slow, pages will take longer to download and occasionally won't be as clear as they should be. Clicking the Refresh or Reload button on your browser's toolbar can sometimes improve what you see.
Monitor
The site is best viewed on at least a 15-inch screen set for 256 colors. The optimal resolution is 1024 x 768 pixels.
Computer RAM (memory)
We recommend 64MB of Random Access Memory (RAM), though you can view the site with as little as 32MB.
Investments entail risks, the value of investments can go down as well as up and investors should be aware they might not get back the full value invested.
